🔧 About the Role:
As a Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Trades & Labour division. You'll be responsible for:

* Candidate Generation - sourcing, screening, and registering skilled tradespeople and labourers
* Candidate Aftercare - maintaining strong relationships with workers on assignment, ensuring satisfaction and retention
* Sales Lead Creation - identifying and passing on potential business opportunities to the sales team

* Previous experience in recruitment or a fast-paced customer service role (construction sector a bonus!)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
