Your new role
We're looking for a passionate Trainer / Learning & Development professional to join our client's team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this hands-on Training role, you'll support the development of the workforce by delivering engaging, effective training and ensuring compliance across all mandatory and role-specific programmes.Key Responsibilities

* Deliver onboarding and role-specific training across shifts
* Conduct on-the-job assessments and provide feedback
* Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance
* Track training progress and escalate gaps
* Collaborate with managers and the wider L&D team

What You'll Bring

* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage diverse groups and adapt to different learning styles
* Organised, detail-focused, and proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience in training delivery (manufacturing or operational environment preferred)
