Diverse Architectural Technician role, combining conceptual and technical design work, as well as liaison with clients and other internal functions. Could be a great chance to move away from a planning or H&S focused role!
Day-to-day, you will play a crucial part on projects ranging high-end residential refurb, to large-scale schemes and commercial - providing technical expertise to develop concepts and ideas into practical, build-able solutions.
Responsibilities will be varied, with specialist focus on technical RIBA stages of projects – including technical design, preparation of detailed drawings and client packs, as well as liaising with clients.
Salary £37,000-45,000 !!
