Day-to-day you will work on a combination of individual and team-based projects to execute a first line compliance monitoring programme. Duties:-
Process auditing, mapping, review and design;
Policy analysis and improvement;
File auditing;
Transaction monitoring, investigating and resolving/escalating compliance issues;
Regulatory research and implementation;
Identifying training needs and implementing plans for training / compliance L&D;
Project roll out.
Full Time Mon-Fri role
£up to 55,000
Excellent working environment, near to Tunbridge Wells – accessible by train bus and car
Free parking
Optional hybrid working
