Administration Assistant
Opportunity to join a busy and expanding administration team at Intumescent Systems Ltd, a regional employer based in Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG.
Could suit someone seeking a first career role from school or university; or indeed someone with previous experience
Would you like to find a role where you can build experience and develop a long-term career?
Duties:
Answering the telephone on a daily basis, taking enquiries from customers, potential new customers and suppliers.
Helping to send out mailshots with company literature.
You would be using Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and would be trained on the company CRM (database)
Hours: 08.30- 5.30pm – 1 hour for lunch
Workplace Pension
28 days holiday per annum (this includes all bank holidays)
Salary to be discussed at interview.
Would ideally have to have transport to get here, as there is no public transport to the village.
