They are now seeking motivated and results-driven salespeople to join their team and help them expand their reach.
Role Overview

As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, your role will be to generate and close sales opportunities. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and the potential to earn uncapped commission based on your performance. This is ideal for highly driven individuals who want to be rewarded directly for their results.

Key Responsibilities;
• Prospect and generate new business through networking, social media, and referrals
• Conduct in-home consultations to showcase products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding service from enquiry to sale
• Follow up on leads provided by the company
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions- Zoho CRM

What They’re Looking For;
• Proven track record in sales (home improvement sales experience desirable but not essential)
• Self-motivated, driven, and confident
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• Professional appearance and manner
• Own vehicle and driving licence as travel is required

Earning Potential
