Our client based in Wickford are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Driver to join their growing team. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will be working primarily within the Stock Control and Goods-In departments, ensuring efficient stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment.

The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Duties will include:

* Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate inventory levels
* Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
* Accurately checking in and recording incoming stock
* Conducting regular stock checks
* Assisting with manual handling and supporting packing teams
* Moving stock between departments and across multiple sites
* Identifying and reporting stock location discrepancies
* Lifting and handling loads of up to 25kg
* Performing general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

* Counterbalance and Reach forklift truck licences
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Comfortable working at heights (e.g., using ladders)
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable
