They are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant with at least 2 years’ conveyancing experience to manage a caseload of Transfer of Equity and Remortgage transactions. The successful candidate will handle cases independently, communicate effectively with clients and third parties, and ensure smooth progression from start to finish.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ conveyancing experience
* Experience handling Transfer of Equity and Remortgage cases
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
