Junior Quality Engineer
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer to support our Quality and Compliance team across a wide range of Quality, Environmental, and Business Improvement projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in quality management and compliance, looking to build their career in a manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (advantageous but not essential)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar Quality Management Systems is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge helpful but not required)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning

Qualifications
A qualification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar Engineering discipline is a huge advantage. What matters most is your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
