IPAF HANDY PERSON NEEDED
HANDY PERSON WITH IPAF TICKET NEEDED FOR GREENWICH / LEWISHAM PROJECTS
Full tickets needed, Ipaf and cscs.
Full PPE
Full Tools for external works
Duties below for external and internal works.
External works:
* Preferably IPAF training for MEWP's in place
* Creating openings/investigation points in the external facades
* Brickwork infill following
* Render infills following
* Cladding & timber façade infills
* Clean/tidy conscious of clients, residents, public etc
Internal works:
* Creating investigation points in walls and ceiling to plasterboard
* Removal of architraves
* Making good both on completion
* Clean/tidy conscious of Clients, Residents, Public etc
Must carry tools to complete the above and be able to attend all London areas. If they can drive their own vehicle and carry ladders, even better.
