We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader based in Sittingbourne on a full time, permanent basis. The position holder will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of a high quality grounds maintenance service.
Salary: £27,000pa
DOE 40 hours a week, 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays),Work mobile, Uniform and Full PPE supplied.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• To supervise operatives with-in the team
• To carry out Grounds Maintenance tasks to a high standard
• Mature attitude to safety procedures
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work as part of a team
• To complete all relevant app based forms (risk assessments / check sheets / reporting)
Experience:
• Full clean driving license is essential
• At least 2 years of Grounds Maintenance experience
• Further training can be provided.
