B2B Marketing Manager – £40,000
Are you an experienced marketer looking for more ownership, variety, and the chance to shape campaigns that truly make an impact?
We are working with a successful and fast-growing business with an international reach, now looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to take the lead on their marketing activity across the UK and overseas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across the full marketing mix – from planning and creating content to managing campaigns, tracking results, and refining strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for building awareness, generating interest, and helping the business connect with customers across global markets including Europe, North America, and Asia. You will manage email marketing, website performance, digital content, advertising, events, and CRM communications – all with the support of a strategic marketing consultant and a leadership team that values your input.
The business offers flexible hybrid working, beautiful central offices in Tunbridge Wells, and a genuinely positive team culture. You will also enjoy a competitive benefits package and have real opportunities to develop as the business continues to grow.
This role would suit someone with at least three years of B2B marketing experience, who is confident planning and delivering campaigns, enjoys working with data and digital tools, and is comfortable writing engaging content for different audiences.
