Ideally you will bring legal secretarial experience previously!
Interesting and involved role joining a busy practice, working alongside lovely teams of Solicitors, fee earners and Secretaries.
Day to day, you will be involved with:-
Client interfacing - by phone and email, and face-to-face.
Diary management - appointments, meetings and court hearings.
Correspondence / documents - transcribing digital dictation or drafting legal letters.
File management - opening, maintenance, closing and archiving.
Preparing trial bundles.
Established firm with a modern working environment and progressive culture.
Collaborative and supportive team environment - training provided where required.
Candidates should be based within reasonable commute to Tunbridge Wells and ideally bring legal secretarial experience previously!
