Property Acquisition Specialist

Hybrid working and on site across the Canterbury district

6-12 months



Role Overview

Responsible for sourcing and acquiring residential properties based on specific briefs. Involves building relationships with estate agents and developers, inspecting properties, negotiating prices, and coordinating with internal teams to complete purchases.



Key Duties

Identify and assess suitable residential properties.

Build relationships with estate agents and developers.

Inspect properties to ensure they meet requirements.

Negotiate prices within budget.

Coordinate with internal teams to manage the acquisition process.



Requirements

Knowledge of property purchasing processes.

Strong negotiation and organisational skills.

Able to work independently and manage projects.

Experience inspecting properties and working with partners.
