As part of exciting future plans, the company seek to recruit a Scheduling Team Leader to take on an interesting, busy and varied role encompassing:-

Team Leadership – providing an escalation point for team members; supporting with work allocation and team coaching/development;
Client Management – conducting client service reviews and reports; and being a key point of contact including conducting meetings;
Creating and managing engineer schedules – including efficient planning, budgets, and service delivery oversight;
Performance Reports – producing analytical reports and analysis for management decision-making;
Improving processes and procedures;
Work allocation and management – overseeing sign offs

Salary £28000-35000 + paid overtime
