Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Sevenoaks - £20,000 - £25,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our clients’ team as a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a rewarding career in property sales and lettings within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will receive full training, allowing you to gain valuable knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the sale and rental of residential properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for prospective buyers and tenants.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Negotiate sales and tenancy agreements, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
• Manage a database of available properties and match them to potential clients.
• Assist in marketing properties, including creating property listings and coordinating advertising campaigns.
• Support administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, maintaining records, and processing applications.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for property and sales.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.

• Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred).
