Temp-to-Perm Positions with Fixed Shift Patterns

The Best Connection is proud to recruit on behalf of Waitrose & Partners for Warehouse Order Pickers at their busy Regional Distribution Centre in Aylesford, Kent. These roles offer temp-to-perm placements with reliable shift options:

Morning Shift: 06:00-14:00 | £12.32 per hour

Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 | £14.61 per hour

Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 | £15.53 per hour

After 12 weeks of continuous work, you’ll be eligible to apply for a permanent contract directly with Waitrose!

Key Details:

-Shifts are 5 over 7 days, including most weekends.
-Weekly rotas provided
-Full training provided during a Monday-to-Friday induction week.

Role Description:

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will:

-Work in a warehouse environment in Chiller (0 to 3 degrees), Fruit & Veg, or Ambient sections.
-Use a voice-pick system to locate and pick items for store deliveries.
-Load picked goods from caged locations and prepare them for dispatch.

Before starting, you’ll take part in a pre-site tour to familiarize yourself with the job and environment.
