Exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Colchester area as an Senior Finance Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Accounts Executive, you will work a varied and busy role, with duties surrounding Account Management, Reporting, and Accounts Administration. The perfect mixture for someone with a strong financial background, exceptional organisational skills along with a 'can-do' attitude!
Key job duties
* Manage sales and purchase ledgers
* Oversee credit control and ensure timely payments
* Perform general ledger reconciliations
* Assist with month-end and year-end processes including prepayments.
* Produce monthly reports
Candidate attributes
* AAT Level 3 qualified (Minimum)
* Strong experience with Sage Accounting software
* IT Literate (Particularly Excel including lookups and pivot tables)
* Highly organised, with an exceptional eye for detail
