A successful main contractor working across several sectors now seek an experienced Senior SM/PM to lead a key scheme through the internal and eventual handover phase, The project is currently at 1st fix with around 9 months left on the programme, after which further schemes are already lined up. The company are thriving at a difficult time for some and have already secured a full orderbook for the next 18 months.

Your new role
As Sen sm/pm, you will be project lead and very much number 1 on site - You will report on progress and issues to the operations director on a fortnightly basis, but ultimately running your own team and making key decisions daily to ensure the smooth and efficient construction. You will be responsible for short-term programming, sub contract management & sequencing, Quality control, H&S control and the key liaison between all interested stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced sen sm or pm and be happy overseeing the internal fitout phase of a residential scheme. You will hold first, aid, cscs, smsts etc and be fully it literate. You will have worked within a main contractor or housebuilder previously and be looking for a long-term permanent role.
