This Sutton-based practice with over 25 years of experience, are currently seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join their esteemed team. Specialising in residential projects from loft conversion to house extensions etc., the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and demonstrate excellent proficiency in Revit. They are offering upto £38,000 depending on experience.
Key Skills:
* Must have 3+ years post-qualification experience
* Must have experience in the residential sector
* Experience doing loft conversions and house extensions is a bonus.
* Must have a strong understanding of Revit (applications which do not meet this criteria will not be considered)
* A strong understanding of the UK Building Regulations
* Must have a driving licence
