Are you an NQ+ Solicitor, Legal Executive or Private Client Paralegal looking to develop your legal career with an established practice offering some home/remote working?

Our client is an established 6 Partner practice based in West Sussex with roots going back as far as the late 1700’s.

Joining a small but established Wills Probate & Trusts department the successful individual will be dealing with a mixed caseload acting for Sussex and Surrey clients whilst being supported by an experienced Head of Department.

Experience drafting Wills, LPAs and some knowledge of Estate matters would be preferred, any experience with Court of Protection, Trusts or contentious matters would be an advantage. There are also plans to expand/develop the existing team in the future so the ability to supervise junior team members will be required.

Candidates can either be NQ+ Solicitors or Legal Executives looking to develop their legal career or a Probate Paralegal/Legal Assistant with experience in Private Client work looking to gain future qualifications.

You must be IT literate, have experience working with Case Management systems
