The Role:
As a Design Coordinator, you will:
Support the Design & Quality team in the coordination and administration of design tasks during construction phases.
Liaise effectively with internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Manage design-related documentation, including building control and compliance materials.
Monitor and update project trackers and schedules.
Assist in the compilation and management of technical submittals, drawing registers, and other design documents.
They are looking for someone who:
Is proactive and confident in liaising with various departments and external stakeholders.
Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Is experienced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Thrives in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
What They Offer:
Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 with annual reviews.
