In addition to carrying out clerical duties and providing administrative support and data management/collection you will oversee the day to day operations of the Administrative team within the Health Visiting Service whose key role is to ensure the timely booking of client appointments. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all data/administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. You will need to be well organised, pay close attention to detail and like being part of a team.

Main duties of the job
What will the role involve?

Managing a team.
Assisting with production of monthly data reports.
Prioritising the teams workload.
Providing appropriate responses and advice to clients.
Ensuring a high level of customer care is always provided.
Escalating calls when required.
Attend and contribute to team meetings.
Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment.
