We have an immediate requirement in Dartford for an experienced Chef de Partie to work for our Manufacturing client in their staff canteen.
This is a Monday to Friday role and there are no split shifts.
You will be preparing and cooking breakfasts and lunches of a high quality, working to the set menu that they have in the canteen. You will work alongside the Head Chef and will cover in their absence, overseeing the Junior staff and assisting with the meal planning and preparation as well as stock ordering.
You will have previous experience in a similar role and must have a food hygiene level 2 certificate.
The hours of work are 7.00am - 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00am - 1.00pm Friday.
This is a temporary role with an immediate start, there is a potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.
