Our client is rapidly expanding and is now looking for a Part-Time Facilities Assistant to join their team. They currently have four business centres across East Kent, so the successful candidate would be covering two of these and must be willing to travel to both Whitstable and Canterbury.
The part-time role will be 25 hours a week being on site Monday to Friday.
This is requires daily, weekly and monthly tasks:
* Checking plant equipment
* Ensure walkways and fire exits are kept clear and tidy in appearance
* Pulling up weeds etc
* Carry out H&S checks that include no trip hazards
* Cleaning out fridge
* Read electric meters
* Corridor walls if need repainting
* Any other Adhoc tasks
