This multidisciplinary construction company is seeking a Junior Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join their team. They deliver eleven core services - Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying, Joint Venture Management, Health, Safety & Environmental (including the Principal Designer role), Fund/Bank Monitoring Services, Clerk of Works, Laser Scanning and CAD Services, Sustainability Services and CIF Service.
Offering upto £35,000 DOE.
Your new role:

* Have an interest in working with historic buildings or conservation projects within the UK
* Can demonstrate some experience in technical detailing
* Happy to develop laser scanning surveys (training will be provided)
* Experience with measured surveys (Essential)
* Happy to get involved on site the majority of the time/ workload
* Happy to travel around London
* Be responsible, punctual and organised
* Excel experience an advantage
