This RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Canterbury serving clients across the South East. They specialise in the extension, conversion, and adaptation of private residential properties, with a particular expertise in working with listed buildings in sensitive locations.
Their team has over 100 years' combined experience, and we are dedicated to enhancing the life of buildings and their occupants by introducing modern design while respecting a building's history and traditional construction.

They are growing a team who thrive on working in partnership with their clients to deliver the best possible service and building outcome.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with senior architects and designers on a variety of projects
* Assist in developing architectural plans and designs
* Utilise software tools such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
* Participate in project meetings and provide creative input
* Conduct research on materials and building techniques
* Assist in the preparation of presentations for clients and submit planning applications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to also work on their own
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
