Electro Plating Technician
We are seeking an Electro Plating Technician to join our dynamic and busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and friendly family-run business based in Hythe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and monitor chemical solutions to ensure optimal plating conditions.
* Implement and manage visual controls for quality and process consistency.
* Take responsibility for Effluent Plant process sampling and analysis.
* Monitor all plating activities and the effluent plant to ensure compliance and quality.
* Develop a deep understanding of the plating process and be able to plan plating activities efficiently.
* Identify and resolve plating-related issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Educated to a technical level, ideally with a qualification in Health & Safety.
* Ability to carry out and review risk assessments, including COSHH.
* Strong people management skills.
* An analytical, methodical, and problem-solving approach.
