Monday to Friday

Duties:
* Supervising daily tasks
* Making sure targets are hit
* Maintain Health and Safety in the workplace
* Ensure effective production of quality products
* Managing holiday requirements and disciplinary
* Finding solutions to production issues
Experience / Skills
* Experience leading a team
* Factory environment experience
* Communication
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft software
