Our client is offering a dynamic apprenticeship opportunity based at Medway City Estate. As an apprentice, you'll receive hands-on training and attend technical college, leading NVQ qualification and the potential for a full-time role as a Machine Operator upon successful completion.

Apprenticeship Salary: £13,377 per annum.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 5.30PM with 1hr Break
Your Apprenticeship Journey:
* Year 1: Four days a week in our Rochester workshop, gaining practical skills, with one day a week at college studying the Technical Certificate.
* Year 2 to Year 4: Day-release to continue your Technical Certificate and ongoing hands-on experience and training.
What You'll Learn:
* Master the use of a wide range of hand tools and workshop machine tools.
* Understand and interpret engineering drawings.
* Develop skills in planned and reactive maintenance.
* Gain proficiency in health and safety practices within the workplace.
* Maintain a logbook documenting your projects, skills learned, and progress.
* Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks.
* Contribute to the business through various assigned duties.
Qualifications:
* GCSEs or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science (Grade 4/C and above) are essential.
