Job Information
Apprenticeship for Horticulture Level 2 qualification including one day weekly college attendance.
An exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance apprentice to join our growing company. Ability to be able to get to Kent Science Park for working hours of 0730-1630 Monday-Friday. College days provisionally Wednesday at Canterbury or Hadlow.
DOE 40 hours a week, 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Uniform and Full PPE supplied.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• To carry out Grounds Maintenance tasks to a high standard
• Ability to communicate well
• Mature attitude to safety procedures
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work as part of a team
• To complete all relevant paperwork (risk assessments / check sheets / reporting)
• To act at all times as a representative of the company and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied.
Experience / Qualifications:
• GSCE English and Maths - Grade 4 or higher
