Our client, a leading logistics business is currently recruiting for a Client Services Agent to join their team based in Sittingbourne. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to enhance their skills and develop experience for a prestigious employer.
Main responsibilities:
* Handling inbound phone calls from new and existing clients
* Managing existing customer accounts
* Ensuring all the data on the system is correct
* Keeping up to date with company products, policies and procedures
* General administration duties
Requirements:

* Ability to build strong relationships
* Previous experience working within an office environment
