Are you an experienced Litigator with a passion for contentious probate? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a prestigious multi-disciplinary legal firm with a legacy spanning over a century. Our client, with multiple offices across the southeast, is renowned for delivering expert legal advice and is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Handle a caseload of contentious probate matters, ensuring high-quality and timely advice and representation.
• Engage in commercial and general litigation, with the flexibility to adapt to varying legal challenges.
• Work collaboratively within a dynamic team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Contribute to business development by bringing in new work and building strong client relationships.
• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills: -

• Minimum of 3 years of qualified experience in litigation.
• Proven expertise in contentious probate.
• ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) qualification is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively.
