My client, a market leader known for their excellence and innovation, is searching for a passionate and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Health & Safety Manager, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring that the workplace is not only compliant but also a model of safety and efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Co-ordinate the development and implementation of the companies H&S strategy roadmap
• Monitor and communicate performance
• Provide coaching and support to senior management
• Develop, evaluate and monitor current H&S Legislation, regulation and best practice
• Implement, control, maintain and improve the SHE management system including ISO14001, 9001 and OHSAS18001 certification
• Analyse H&S date, and develop and maintain H&S KPI’s;
• Develop and champion a risk management programme, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action and auditing, as well as ensuring focus on Behavioural Based Safety culture
