Position: Assembly Operative

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Per annum dependant on experience

Shift Pattern:

* Week 1 : Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:45pm, Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
* Week 2 : Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:45pm, Friday off (9-day fortnight)

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure safety compliance and follow health and safety policies.
* Utilize hand and bench tools proficiently.
* Participate in training courses for career development.
* Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions accurately.
* Maintain a quality-focused approach in all assembly tasks.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrate open and honest behavior in the workplace.
* Undertake customer and supplier visits when necessary.

Essential Experience / Skills:

* Skilled in using hand and bench tools, including torque drivers.
* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms.
* Basic education in English, Maths, and Science.
