Lettings Manager, Sevenoaks – £40k+ OTE

Are you an experienced Lettings Manager ready to elevate your career? Look no further!

My client, a well-established and highly respected estate agency in the Sevenoaks district is on the hunt for a dynamic professional to lead their lettings department.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Generate and secure business from landlords and tenants with confidence.
• Build and nurture solid relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Deliver exceptional service tailored to client needs.
• Arrange and conduct valuations and viewings, and negotiate lets.
• Handle tenancy agreements, serve notices, and ensure properties meet safety standards.

What We’re Looking For: -

• ARLA qualified with a minimum of five years’ recent experience.
• Passionate about delivering a superb, professional, and friendly service.
• Positive, can-do mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Proficient in IT and familiar with property management software.
• Full UK driving license required.
