Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Sevenoaks – c £28,500 OTE

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s highly effective team in Sevenoaks.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Registering new applicants
• Arranging and accompanying viewings for both sales and lettings
• Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating lets/sales
• Processing tenant referencing
• Arranging essential safety checks (gas safety, EICRs, EPCs)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and tenants
• Delivering consistently high levels of service and communication
• Understanding client requirements to ensure efficient and tailored service

Requirements: -

• Minimum of three years' recent experience in a similar role
• Passion for providing a first class, professional, and friendly service
• Proactive attitude with a positive, can-do approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Proficiency in IT
• Well presented
• Full UK driving license
• Live within a commutable distance of Sevenoaks

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 and occasional Saturday’s
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
