Introduction:

An interesting and diverse role that will draw on your skills and experience, you will be on the front line and will be expected to deliver high standards of customer service. The role will require excellent communication skills when dealing with a range of diverse customer groups, and you will be a key person in developing relationships with our contractors.
You'll be reporting directly to the Asset Manager. This position will allow an experienced Surveyor with a suitable building related qualification the opportunity to build on their technical skills. You will be working within a small, high performance team, working alongside experienced external consultants.

Key Requirements:

* You will be responsible for ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards and that all compliance requirements are met.



* Experience of property inspection, maintenance contracting, and front line working with contractors



* Able to prepare detailed work specifications which conform to current standards and legislative requirements.



* Able to deliver a surveying role in both Planned and Reactive work scenarios/disciplines



* Experience in undertaking formal fire risk assessments on domestic dwellings



* HNC qualification or equivalent



* Standard DBS



* Full Valid UK Driving Licence
