Busy Legal Cashiering role, working alongside a team, with great access to support!
Responsibilities:
· Financial Transactions: Process and allocate financial transactions such as payments, invoices, and client funds.
· Compliance: Ensuring SRA guidelines are fulfilled through all transaction.
· Bank Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
· Maintain client ledger accounts, allocating funds accurately and resolving any queries (email).
· Expense Management: Process and reconcile expenses.
· VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT calculations and returns
· Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports, such as monthly and quarterly reports.
Ideally, you will have a financial background within a legal practice - cashiering or similar.
