IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS
This is a fantastic new role joining the Legal Support function for a well-established firm based in Sittingbourne, working closely with the Conveyancing departments.
Ideally suited to someone with either previous conveyancing or wider secretarial support, looking for their next challenge!
Diverse role in a modern and progressive employer!
Day to day you will take on full legal secretarial duties, working alongside Fee Earners and a wider team; including:
Digital Dictation, Audio and copy typing
Client interactions by phone email and written, such as when updating clients and dealing with enquiries, estate agents etc
Undertake general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
Opening and closing files.
Access and input data on to the firm’s digital case management system.
Monday - Friday 37,5 hr week
Salary paid with experience!

Lovely offices and team culture!
Ideally you will have experience within a secretarial role in a law firm, or other relevant skills. Applicants must be based within reasonable commute to the offices
