Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our reputable law firm in providing legal services to high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of private client matters, offering expert advice and guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on complex private client issues
- Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, and deeds
- Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes
- Maintain accurate case files and records
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation affecting private client law

Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client law
- Strong negotiation skills to represent clients effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven experience in managing a varied caseload efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Membership of the Law Society Private Client Section is desirable
