An excellent opportunity fir a Claims Operations Technician to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding Lloyds syndicate based in the City of London. Overview
* Performing day-to-day operations throughout various workstreams to ensure the claims team meets its service levels.
* Ensuring key technology systems are operating efficiently.
* Providing ad-hoc support to claim handlers and management.
* Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver enhancements to claims operations processes.
* Assist with efficient oversight of delegated claims authorities.
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for claims.
* Ensure all internal and regulatory reporting is completed accurately and efficiently within the required deadlines.
* Provide data analytics and reporting.
* Drive claims transition projects and assist with the delivery of market initiatives.
What you need to bring to the role
* Experience working in a similar operational support type role in the London Market.
* Experience with ECF is essential and knowledge of Lineage and Lloyds Insight Hub would be useful.
* Proficient with MS Excel and Power Point.
* Familiarity with data analytics tools such as SQL and Power BI is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident to interact with all levels of staff within the business and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks.
