This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work within a branch one of the Top 10 UK's largest car dealer groups based in Tunbridge Wells! A stable, long-term & still growing company is seeking a Master Technician to join their dynamic team.

As a highly skilled technician, you will join a team of experts supporting one of their popular brands in their state-of-the-art facilities! Full manufacturer training is provided so previous knowledge of the brand is not necessary.

Responsibilities:
Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, this work may include warranty approved work in line with our brand parameters
Completing job cards and electronic write ups on franchise platforms
Completion of electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC’s)
Support Apprentice Technicians as required

A successful candidate would have strong previous experience as a vehicle technician with ideally an industry recognised qualification. You must be comfortable operating with set processes and procedures whilst being motivated and dedicated to be a role model for exceptional customer service. You must be well-organised with a focus on Health & Safety in the workplace and confident in using iPad software.

Saturday half-day shifts will be on a 1 in 3 rota pattern and working hours are between 8am-5:30pm with a lunch break.

Salary is £36,000 - £40,000 (+bonus +benefits) which can be circa £60,000 OTE (site dependant).
