Internal Sales Executive
  £28-£35k + commission

I am seeking a motivated and target-driven Inbound Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting new sales and cross-sales targets, leveraging opportunities with existing clients, and contributing to the overall growth of a progressive, technology-enabled business.

Day to Day of the Role for the Inbound Sales Advisor:

Handle new enquiries, providing clear, relevant, and accurate information.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities to cross-sell other products within the company portfolio.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing client accounts through regular follow-ups.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets.
Contribute to the enhancement of the client experience and work on improving conversion rates in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Directors.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Inbound Sales Advisor:

Proven track record in sales with a highly motivated and target-driven attitude.
Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
In-depth knowledge of company products and services.
Positive, friendly, and driven disposition with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Excellent persuasiveness and communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to manage workload effectively to maintain high client experience and conversion rates.
Team player with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
