Position: Sales, Order Processing, and Project Management
Location: Folkestone, South Kent

Role Overview: In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's growth. The position requires a versatile approach, navigating through a demanding schedule and tight deadlines. Your responsibilities will include sales generation, order processing, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to new business inquiries, utilising product knowledge to provide quotes and share samples.
• Coordinating with suppliers, internal designers, and production teams to oversee projects from inception to dispatch.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities in a competitive sector.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities:
• Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong desire to succeed and a hunger to secure sales.
• Comfortable engaging with people over the phone.
• Confident and polite with the ability to build rapport with professional customers.
• Detail-oriented and focused, even under high workload/pressure.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Positive and proactive attitude, remaining level-headed under pressure.
• Well-educated with a focus on English and Maths.
• Good IT skills.

Desirable Qualifications: Sales training and/or account management experience is advantageous. However, exceptional candidates without this experience will be considered if they meet all criteria and demonstrate the right attitude. The ability to learn quickly is essential.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm (5.15 pm finish on Friday).

Flexibility: While this role is office-based, we are open to applications from individuals seeking a flexible work pattern. Start and finish times can be adjusted, and reduced hours may be considered (minimum of 25 hours per week, working every day).

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
