Day to day, you will be involved with all areas of complaint management from customer interaction, to analysing and presenting solutions, ensuring fulfilment of regulatory requirement, identifying trends, mapping and improving processes, working cross functionally to implement training and procedure improvement, reporting and analysis for management and regulators, process documentation writing, and much more!
Strictly Mon-Fri 37,5 hr week - based locally! Ideal chance to build work life balance, or migrate your career to the local market
Salary + benefits - appropriate to experience level
Experience from any sector considered albeit complaints handling/management within an FCA regulated sector (insurance or similar) is preferred
Could be a great chance to move away from a call centre role, or to take on a career progression role with more responsibility!
