MEPH Revit CAD Technician

We are currently representing a leading client in the search for an accomplished MEPH Revit/CAD Technician. We are looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise with a passion for precision and innovation in the field of MEPH Revit and CAD technologies.

This position presents a remarkable opportunity for a MEPH Revit/CAD Technician who is eager to engage in challenging projects and contribute to a team pushing the boundaries of technology in their field. Role Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of sophisticated Stage 4C/5 drawings for a major project.
* Demonstrate expertise in Revit MEPH & Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, AutoCad MEPH, and MS Office to create high-quality, fully coordinated working drawings for installation purposes.
* Collaborate effectively with technologically advanced design and drawing teams.
* Manage time efficiently to meet stringent deadlines and adapt to changing project demands.
* Independently oversee project specifications, schedules, and technical submissions, showcasing your technical acumen and proactive approach.
* Adhere to and implement project-specific and company-wide standards with precision.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in Building Services Coordination.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to integrate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Possession of personal transport is essential.

* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
