Our client is an established West Sussex practice seeking a Residential Property lawyer to work from one of their village office locations overseeing an existing caseload which includes residential sales and purchases, new build transactions, re-mortgages, shared ownerships and transfers of equity’s’. Any experience with land purchases or commercial property sales/purchases, leases would be an added advantage.
You will be joining a team of 7 in the Property team which is spread across 2 offices, secretarial/admin support is also on hand although candidates should be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems.
Alongside a generous starting salary this role also offers hybrid working, benefits and a chance to achieve firm Profit Share (further details on request).
