Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Sustainability, Building Surveying, Engineering, Architecture).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a demonstrated interest in and understanding of sustainability principles.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices, green technologies, and energy-efficient design strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with sustainability certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, or equivalent.
