KHR is working with a leading manufacturer based in Gillingham who at present has a fantastic opening available in their established supply chain team for an Export Customer Service Coordinator.

This is the perfect job for someone with proven customer service skills, previous experience processing customer orders, knowledge of export documentation, and experience using SAP.

The core purpose of the Export Customer Service Coordinator is to support the sales of products to the overseas customer base.

Responsibilities of the Export Customer Service Coordinator

* Order processing for the export market
* Ensuring accurate shipment documentation is completed
* Updating customers with order and delivery times
* Liaising with hauliers and freight forwarders
* Solving problems and customer's queries over email and telephone when they arise
* Providing administrative support to the team

Candidate Profile

* Strong sales administrative/ order processing experience
* Knowledge of customs processes for exported goods
* Good attention to detail
* Experience with ERP systems
* Good telephone manner and exceptional spelling, grammar, and numeracy skills

Hours of work are Monday to Friday - 37.5hpw 8:30am - 5.00pm (4pm finish on Friday)
